Scary moment on the LIE today, advice?

I haven't posted in a while, but had something very uncalled for happen to me today on the Long Islang Expressway on my way to work this morning, I thought I would share it with y'all and get some opinions.
My Max (92 SE) for some reason just cut out under about 10% throttle on the expressway doing about 70. Engine just went dead, all the dash lights came on and I just coasted to a stop in my lane --people behind me were NOT happy and I about got a$$holed --some near misses. I was like WHAT THE ---- but then it started right up and I took off.
After that, the engine would stutter at about the same pedal pressure, and if I didn't take my foot off the pedal as soon as I felt it cut out, it would stall. All the way to work. Gas tank was near-full.
I just got a "tune-up" at 105,000 miles --new spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter. Could this be a bad plug, or a over-tightened fuel hose connection?
Any advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated, I still have to drive home and I'm kind of dreading it.
I'm planning on taking the max to the place that tuned it up last week, and see if they can do something about it.

Thanks again,
Peace
