So did we finally conclude that the quaiffe ATB will indeed fit a VG 3rd gen 5spd trans? Sorry to bring it up again, but I will be doing a full drivtrain mod (rebuild, cryotreatment, LSD, JWT clutch, Aluminum flywheel) and need verification before I go for broke. Cattman told me it is not made for the VG, but in a recent thread (5/3/02) we discussed this and DAREN said the Quaiffe is listed for tranny code RS5F5OA. Is this in fact the VG 5spd tranny code and does it fit?
