ECU on 92 SE reads "13" what does 13 mean?

ECU on 92 SE reads "13" what does 13 mean?
My ECU blinks the code 13 and Im not sure what that code means, actually Im not sure what any code means besides the no problems code "55" Please let me know what this code relates to.

code 13 means that the engine temp sensor is bad, or malfuctioning

its probally open or shorted,
it wii set it off if the currrent is abnormally low or high, check the sensor but also check the harness and connector
