Springs, Struts, Shocks!!!!?

My car's ride is softer than the average car. its a 94 maxima. its got 96k miles.

i've been advised to get new struts and new springs. eibach and tokico. but i dont have $600+ for that.

will just new struts make my ride atleast average?
do i need shocks?
i wont spend more than $350....what should i do cuz i hate the feeling that extra g-force around turns and feeling like the side of the car is going to touch the ground

New struts will take care of some of your problems but dont get thinking that it will handle like an indy car. You will probably notice a bit of a ride difference but not really alot unless you get variable valved struts (like KYB or something like that)
