for just the wing?

or to fill the trunk holes too? most will tell you a day or two but it may take more if they are backed up

It depends on where you go, what type of paint they use, and thier workload. I would speculate you should have your car back next day. You probably won't want to wash it for a few weeks, and no wax until they say it's okay, but you should get it back next day if they do it immediately...
