Was going to buy a FSTB from courtesy today for my 94SE and the gent said that for the SE model with the DOHC that the thing needed to be modified to install. True?

Any hints.

I got mine from Ken (a.k.a. Stealthmax) for $45 shipped. I recieved it one day after my order. Great guy to deal with. He sells a few other things as well. I also got my clears from him.

I seem to recall that someone took the strut bar from a 5thGen and fitted on the VE. Could be wrong...I suggest a little seraching action.

That was Bman. I think it's worked for a few others too. It hasn't worked for me yet though. I may try to bend the bar to make it a little straighter to get it closer to the motor cuz my hood wouldn't close.

Did you have any problem with your hood not closing? I think I'd have to cut away the support frame on the underside of the hood to get it closed.

I second that, talk to Stealth Max, he's a good guy, and pretty quick.
