I tried to search for a possible answer to this question in the search, but to no avail.

When I car is running, especially at idle, whenever I turn on my fan for the heater/AC, the car cuts off. When I put the switch back to of, I cut the car back on and it's fine. Turn the fan back on and the car cuts off again.
I have also noticed something is draining my battery, so I wanted to know if it the same thing causing the trouble, or is it two different problems. thanks a million in advance for any help.

I would check your alternator and idle-up solenoid valve first
