would a bad cyclinder cause....

would a bad cyclinder not firing right cause my exhaust to sound kinda sh!tty??? right now my exhaust makes this trembling noise. Sorta like a glass pack!!! anyone have any ideas???

is this under acceleration, or while your sitting? the exaust makes kinda burping sounds stock, but those arent loud or bad. When my car had a misfire it sounded bad. I had a bad plug wire.
