Can someone tell me if a '95 BOSE(double-din) CD/casstette headunit and rear speakers is compatible with a '91 with BOSE(single-din) cassette player?

Is it a DIRECT swap for both the speakers and HU?
Would I have to change *anything*(wires, etc)?

Thanks in advance.

i don't think it is the same

i think the wiring harness is different for the 92-94 bose and 95+ bose. I know that the bose unit that came in the 89-91 is not the same as 92-94 because crutchfield has 3 separate wiring harnesses for our cars. 1 for the non bose all years, 1 for 89-92, and 1 for 93-94 bose systems. the only reason that i know this is that they origionaly sent me the wrong wiring harness. So I'd immagine that there is a different harness for the 95+ versions which means that it would be a pain in the *** to rework it.....

Thanks alot...

That's what I was afraid of.
I received a conflicting answer from the Gen Forum...but your answer was what I was afraid of...so I'm pretty sure it's right.

Thanks again...otherwise I would have bought the parts.
