throw out bearings
about 2 months ago i had a problems with my clutch. It was very hard to shift into all gears. I took out the tranny and found out that the throw out bearing was all cracked causing the clutch to respond ineffectively. It was a new throw out bearing also put in about not even a year ago when i replaced my clutch. I replaced the bearing about 2 months ago and it shifted like a dream. now the problem seem to be returning. Anyone know the cause of this. When i replaced the bearing my brother suggested to get a new clutch fork and the little spring. I was impatient and couldnt wait for the parts to arrive so i just put the bearing in. Everybody knows.....when youre fixing your max and see yoiur ride all parted out you just want to get it fixed fast so you can get your ride back moving. Well thats me....i love my max.
Im thinking this time I am going to replace the bearing, the clutch fork, and the little spring. Anyone think this will help?? any help is appreciated!!
thankx

for how many you're going through, it sounds like you either drive with your foot on the clutch all the time, you haven't adjusted the clutch properly, or something like that. they shouldn't die on you every 6 months like that.
examine your driving habits and see if it's something you're doing to it to make it fail.
