finally got the ish back

finally got my car back after 3 wks... got new ngk spark plugs, new header, manifold, gaskets, timing belt, fuel pump, re-charged a/c, new battery, stillen exhaust (muffler nxt week) my car runs so good its not even funny...perfectly smooth idle at 800 rpm, headlight harness wires neatened up... all in all, i got my 2100 bucks worth...just wanted to share

I would hope that for $2100 you got new heads, not just gaskets!

first of all, what you typed makes no sense, but i assume you meant that for 2100, you BET i got new heads and not just gaskets, and if you will look at what i originally posted, i did.

no, you said "new header" i.e. exhaust manifold.
there's a big difference between that and new heads.


also, if you're idling at 800rpm, you'd better hope it's a smooth idle.. you should be idling closer to 650.

i said new header, manifold, etc....

and it is idling at right around 650, its kinda hard to discern btwn 650 and 800 on a normal tach
