Transmission Issues

I just took my car in to get the tranny flushed and the oil changed. My transmission had been making quite a bit of noise under load. I was hoping the flush would work, but it didnt. The place said my bearings were going out and thats what was making the humming noise.

How much for new bearings and labor?

Thanks.

Never flush your auto tranny

I have recently serviced my tranny and apparently after talking to one of the transmission experts learned that flushing auto tranny is a very bad idea, it flushes out the clutches and causes malfunction. This may lead to tranny rebuids which is $$$, so don't flush your tranny cuz our trannies are not designed for the pressure the flushes operates at.
