I saw a 94 max the other day with the top piece of the back center piece off and it looked kinda cool. All that was there was the maxima sign and the rear lights. it was hunter green so where the piece was matched the rest of the car. Think he did that on purpose? I saw this in elmsford NY.n.e body ever seen this?

That whole center piecs between the tail lights is one piece. The guy must have just painted over it. I just costomized mine and bondoed the cracks so that it looks like the red reflector part was never there. Maybe he did the same thing.

did you have trouble working with the bondo? when i get the stillen kit (soon hopefully) i was thinking of smothing it in. a friend of mine told me that they use bondo to do this, but it is very difficult to have it come out looking nice. he said with metallic paints you can see all the faults. i never did any sort of body work before, so i was wondering how hard it is to do something like that.

Yep I'm still at college and my baby's home. I hardly ever get any time to work on her anymore. I'm done next week and I will be finiching my paint job as soon as I get back. Then I should have some pics of it. As far as the bondo work goes it's really not all that hard. If you take your time and sand it good it comes out nice. I bondoed a few things on the max that I think will look good after being painted. I'll show you what it looks like as soon as its done.
