soft top a stock option? and 3rd gen sighting on TV

I was looking at cardomain and came across this car, the guy said that the soft top was a factory option on the GXE's Ive only seen about 3 counting this one and theve all looked different. Im just wondering if it actually was avalible, because Ive never read anywhere that it was an option, and I think it doesnt fits the car at all,

his page http://members.cardomain.com/supermax091

also in the Jennifer lopez and nas video Im 95% sure that in the first scene with the guy in the car bouncing is in a 3rd gen, they dont show it to long and its covered with graphics, but its funny as hell, too see.

To answer your question (without giggling too much...), the soft top (or carriage top, as is the case in this pic) wasn't an option on ANY 3rd Gen that I know of... In Chicago (where I'm from), they're notorious for throwing a rag top on just about any car they can put their hands on. And believe me, I've seen some weird combos {a 70-ish Camaro with a landau/carriage top comes to mind }

Oh, and I DID see a 3rd Gen in Tupac's old video "I Get Around", just in case anyone's interested...

Excited because of the pearl white GXE, or excited because the movie had a bear that was a kid??

The car in J-Lo's video is a 92-94 Maxima. Look at the tails and open up any newer addition of Lowrider magazine. They always have a pic of it in there.
