**LED Tails** 97-99only

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=482456
That thread has DAYTIME pics so don't ask for any.

So lets start off with some nighttime pictures.

That is with just the headlights on.

That is with the brakes applied.

This is with the brakes on from far away. They are much brighter than my old setup.

If someone ever rear ends you at night, they were asleep or are blind because these are BRIGHT!

These are made on a custom PCB and the board is green so the tails will be a lil bit darker in the daytime as you can see from the daytime pictures. I use SUPERFLUX Leds which is what all the big car manufacturers use. I have enough LEDs and boards for about 7-9 sets. So these are limited.

So now we move on to pricing:
All Paypal Payments will have to add the 3% fees
If you just want the boards. You will have to open up your tails and install them. You WILL have to glue the boards in so they do not move around. I will provide instructions on how to open the tails, install the boards, and wire them up.
$300 for 4boards and adjustable dimmers.

If you want to buy the tails as a full set, it will cost more. I can do red/clear setup like my daytime pictures or I can do the DTM/Smoked style. Whichever is up to you. I will try my best to make these plug and play but sometimes it is hard to source the harnesses. I will prefer to get your OEM tails in return as a core.
$425 for a complete set of tails.

Two sets are already sold... I will want CONFIRMED buyers so I know who to give an ETA and I might take a refundable deposit if necessary.

EDIT1:
I would like to add, with the car off, some leds will look brighter on the board. I am will be changing my voltage regulator and resistor setup somewhere down the road so this doesn't happen with the car. With the car on they will be even like you can see in the pictures.
Edit2:
Paypal 3% fees.

I believe with the superflux each individual led is larger then regular leds. so they light up more area and seem bigger. It probably would look funny with more rows.

No, it's $425 for the boards installed in tails, with the core swap of your own tails.

The pics look as though only the upper 1/2 is LED. Is the lower 1/2 still stock lights?

This is quite sad. In case anyone wonders WHY company's do not want to make Maxima products or want to charge a hefty amount for them, THIS IS WHY! Looks like I am going to be lucky to make my money back on this. This will be my LAST investment into the Maxima community... I hope people are saving money, I know it has been less than a week but the interest on this is very weak. I hope people are waiting to get paid or something

Everyone wants to do up their cars and are all for it when the idea comes about, but no one ever follows through when they realized they actually have to spend money.

What color would you want the signals? I really do not want to order more parts can you just put an 1157 LED bulb in there

I definitely want these. Unfortunately, money's tight right now. I'm certainly not one to balk at the price, its a good deal IMO. I'm trying to finish off my CC and car loan debt once and for all while still saving money but its so difficult. If this is going to be your one and only endeavor into mass producing these then I'll put the money together soon and just do it.

Inside the tails, only 3 wires come out the back and you see diodes at the end of the wire.
