Papo, if you decide to part out, I would take the tails (all 4) and r34 headlights w/ bumper signals (and trade my stock headlights w/ diamond cut clear lights) or a brand new set of cefiros (NIB).

Your price is very resonable. I found a maxima around me and they wanted $7500 for a stock '97 maxima. Have you tried ebay?
