Nope each door has a different regulator.

Is the regulator the same thing as a modulator? Are modulators interchangable? Thanks again.

Theres no such thing as a modulator so it's probably being referred to as the regulator. Pretty much theres nothing in the doors that can be used from the drivers side on the passenger side and vice versa.
