injen is a terrible design most of the cai intake for our cars are dont get one unless its pr cai but that does require modification and they arent made anymore you could just do a gab or be fine with a wai

Wrong section but you will have to read to see which is best for the setup that you plan to run

PR CAI is the best. I will be buying 1 soon. I have a HAI on now. It sounds like a monster, but of doesn't really do anything performance wise. I basically added it for sound.

I have had a dozen or so setups. Honestly you may as well stay stock. But if you are dead set on an intake noise maker the ebay PR knock offs pipes are ok. the rest of the kit is pretty much garbage.

If you want power...do NOT...I repeat, do NOT, buy an intake.

Start off with a Y-Pipe. Read the stickies man.

I have a 97 with a warpspeed y pipe and a stillen bullnose muffler and I can feel the difference. I am still using the stock intake because a CAI is really a waste of money compared to other mods you could do with that money.

i know you guys may say **** about this but just answer me this if you can. going with stock intake but putting and electric supercharger thing with it. you guys think it would fit or am i going to have to throw in some new piping to get it to fit? i would agree with the guys talking about injen they may make a ton of cai for random cars but they dont think of performance they just try to focus on covering every make and model

Don't waste money on a electric supercharger or an Injen.

well if you read the stickies than you would know that putting an intake will hurt you more than help you and if you wanna blow 300 bux on a injen cai than just spend the 500 on a good y-pipe you will recieve the best gains out of that. but if you are going for the sound drill out the bottom of ur intake box

Man you can get a y-pipe for $200 or less off eBay (Warpspeed or SS Autochrome). Check the FS section on here they're usually pretty cheap. I got mine for $80. For sound just do what I did on my '96. Put a cone filter in there. It sounds pretty diesel.
