* FS: Complete Bi-Xenon Projector HID Retro kit *
I am selling my old retro since I have swapped to a new one. What you see is what you get. It is sold "AS IS".
Included:
1997 OEM Headlights retro with E46 Bixenon projectors
3" E46 shrouds
One bosch ballast and ignitor
One Matsu****a ballast and ignitor
Two 85122 Phillips D2s bulbs
95% Complete harness*
* - A wire with a diode to connect the highbeam to lowbeam needs to be added. This diode allows the hids to stay on when the high beams are turned on. It will cost like 2 bucks for the diodes and I will include scrap wire. You will have to supply the connectors. Some of the wires will have labels to help you install.
You will tap the high beam wire on the drivers side and split the wire into two connections. One w/o a diode will go to the high beam of the projector and the other wire you will attach a diode that will tap into the low beam where it enters the relay.
The high beam connection was not an easy thing to do but it should work, if it doesn't it might be a loose connection. This can be checked with this thread: http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=138
You will have to supply some connectors so you can use this, I did not keep the 9004 socket, I cut mine off and I advise you to do the same.
Other than that this kit is ready to go. There are some various cracks that are pictures below, they do not effect the performance or usability of the lights. The lights should already be aimed but some aiming maybe required for your car.
The price will be $365 + Shipping. This includes paypal fees.
Now for the pictures:

These pictures show the various damages to the housing. None of these effect the performance of the headlights and the seal is still water tight.

This shows the back of the headlight. The projectors are bolted in as well.

As you can see the headlights are painted black in some areas to give it a "smoke" / AE look .

This is the harness that will come with it. It took a long time to make this harness, it consists of two relays, one for the low beam and one for the highbeam. This "bypasses" the stock power source so the ballast can get the proper power they need since the stock wiring is very small.
You will have to supply some connectors so you can use this, I did not keep the 9004 socket, I cut mine off and I advise you to do the same.

Ditto, that's a good price, the ballasts and projectors come to the price you asked not to mention the headlights, bulbs and harness. Anyone wanting to start out with hids should be looking at these.
Hey Kevlo would you by chance have a diagram for this wiring kit? My wiring harness is so jacked up I do not know where to begin. I know how to wire them for my basic low beams but for the hi beams my harness is not working. The harness I had use to work and than it just stopped so I replaced all the diodes and all and it still doesnt work. I have checked everything and it is definately in the wiring of the harness as to why the hi beams do not work. Let me know if you could help me out. Thank you!

Yea I can find one for you on HID planet. I'll get you one this weekend
warning: noob question...
i'm new to the whole HID scene, but i want to know if you lost hi-beam operation with these? people tell me with a 9004 socket retro, you only get "low-beams" unless you do another projector with another relay, etc...just sounds like a big mess to me. how much do you recommend HID lighting over oem anyway?

Awesome, Thank you.
and to you tyler, these have hi and low beam function. What you are referring to is a basic plug and play HID kit. With a projector setup you are looking at day and night difference in lighting
