FS Cefiros with E46 Projector Retrofit and HIDs

Cefiro Headlights-(projector retrofitted with e46 bixenons with ballasts and everything. housing ws also painted to 'bmw carbon' black for added dopeness) the headlights use OEM BMW HIDs for reliability and coolness

will these fit a 99 i30 flushly or will i need to do mods? and does it come with all ballasts?
