I have a rear bumper in ok codition from a 95 it's green so you wount have to paint it right away but you will eventually would want to sand down and paint. Signals? I have oem bumper sigs too. $25.00 for the bumper picked up. I don't want to break up the set of sigs so I'll take $35.00 for the whole mess of em.

It's not damaged some body painted over chipped paint so you'll have to sand it down and paint it over eventually. If you just looking for a green bumper for now it will serve your needs for the price.
