FS Jim Wolf 1999 ECU

Selling my jim wolf ecu from my car. It not only is the jim wolf ecu with the extended rev limiter but is already converted to work on 1999 Maxima's. It took me 4months to get it back from jim wolf to be used in my 99. Its a fed spec ecu. My car is a stick shift.

$515 shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation to 48states.
Paypal.

1999's have a coded key and immobilizer. If you put another ecu that isnt designed for a 99 then it wont start. 99 is when the coded key started for maximas.

Makes a big difference in power. To me it felt like the power increase of adding my 1st gen equal length Ypipe. Increased rev limit to 7200rpm for those that have mevi or oovi. Take advantage of extra top end power. No top speed governor for maxima gxe. Price on jim wolf website is $595 plus the 1999 conversion is another $50 plus shipping both ways plus a spare ecu. And not to mention it takes a very long time to get the ecu back from jim wolf.

It can work in a 98 but I believe it has to have the 99 conversion removed. Not sure though. You would have to contact jim wolf. Maybe Wizard may know since he knows everything and has a sweet maxima too.
Im selling cause im beginning to demod my car. I just bought a 2010 armada and will add parts to the truck and my new Victory 8Ball. Maxima got too old. I bought the maxima brand new in 99.

CAI? ypipe? exhaust, 3"? Mevi or 00vi? stock or larger injectors?

Read the link for Jim wolf Technology. The Ecu is the next step to tune the car after you have added the typical boltons like I,H,E. Makes everything work together all tuned up. With the increased rev limiter you can now take advantage of installing a Mevi or 00vi. Plus it will give you back the torque loos from a Mevi install. With the increased rev limit when you shift into the next gear , you will now be higher up in the rev range. There are other tunes available from jim wolf for like Nitrous setups.

turns out to be a 1995 auto ecu, Still great, but messes with the rpm's a lot. I'll be looking for a 1995/6 fed 5spd ecu and have jwt switch it.
