Well, you would run this plate in addition to a 4th Gen IACV adapter plate which I also have for sale. I can't really think of any cons. Using both plates, you can run the factory 4th gen IACV which works best with the 4th gen ECU. You can make the 5th gen IACV to work, but some call it iffy at best.
