I have a 99 I30 and recently the trunk latch (the part on the trunk lid) has been acting up. It's bent and loose and hasn't been latching properly because of this. I called the local dealership and the guy said the only latch that will fit is from a 99 I30 or 99 max. apparently they changed the latch from the 98 to 99 and again from the 99 to the 00. I don't need any electrical parts as the actuator still works, it's just the latch. If anyone is parting out please let me know. If anyone is local to Atlanta I can pick up. Thanks.
