Bad bearings?

Recently I have noticed as I pass non-moving objects I can hear my engine and these squeaking noise on both sides of the car in the front. Are my bearing going bad? Is that a sign of almost dead brakes? The noise doesn't happen when I depress the break. I can hear the squeaking at lower speeds but I assume it happens all the time.

Bad Brake Pads

Your brake pads are worn out... The noise you hear are the wear sensors draging on the rotors. Get new pads...

mine does the same thing, can hear at low speeds, checked the brake systems, got thick pads and smooth disks, I'm looking into how to replace the bearings, any ideas?
