how is the exhaust sound affected? Im assuming it will be even louder... I have a Y-pipe, B-pipe and the stillen muffler...and my car is pretty loud. How will this cat affect my sound levels?

If you are still running the stock cat, expect slight, but only noticeable increases in noice if you pay attention to it.Originally posted by 98fiveSpeed

so in general, the carsound cat should not set off the MIL? only in rare occurences? my test pipe sets off my MIL like every two days. my stock one might go back, but i'm seriously thinking about the carsound model.Originally posted by joaquink
