i have sold a few and so far no one has told me anything about the eng. light.

i sell the 2.5" universal the most. it is the high flow cat that is epa and carb approved.

I use a single 3" on my 300+ ft lbs. torque Volvo 850 Turbo. No complaints.

how is the exhaust sound affected? Im assuming it will be even louder... I have a Y-pipe, B-pipe and the stillen muffler...and my car is pretty loud. How will this cat affect my sound levels?

If you are still running the stock cat, expect slight, but only noticeable increases in noice if you pay attention to it.

I had a CEL until I reset the ECU a second time. Since then, several hundred miles and no codes.

so in general, the carsound cat should not set off the MIL? only in rare occurences? my test pipe sets off my MIL like every two days. my stock one might go back, but i'm seriously thinking about the carsound model.

what are the benifits of an aftermarket cat? Does it do better emmision wise, does it make the exhaust flow better, or both?
