Springs?

I'm putting Progress Technology Springs on my Maxima and need to know if new struts are a mandatory addition in conjunction with the springs or just a suggestion.

I don't really know too much about springs and struts but from what I gather, putting lowering springs on your car puts more stress on the stock struts, more than they are designed to handle. And depending on where and how often you drive your car, your stock struts will blow.

after workin on two cars mine and halls (jeeprage) u might as well put in new struts while ur in there, b/c i u happen to blow something, its better to do it all at once. I just did springs at first and blew my rear, drives like crap when its blown. Good Luck
