Eibachs - Is there a 1st & 2nd release of these springs?
I'm curious if there's a difference in Eibach springs from lets say 4 years ago and the ones which are currently offered now?
If so, what is the difference? Ride height? Firmness? ????
Thanks guys
Tom

I believe you are correct. From what I understand, the original version lowered the car just about an inch. The newer ones, which I have, are a more like 1.5 inches.
PM Micah95GLE I'm pretty sure he has the old version...

Now does anybody know the difference in firmness between the two?
1st ones softer then 2nd release?
1st ones firmer then 2nd release?

I just heard that too. Did Eibach change the p/n when then made the switch?
My warranty sheet from 5/98 (DOC.98 1003) mentions p/n 6334-140. That's the same p/n being sold today with the 1.5"/1.3" drop.
