Question on Dropzone Springs

How much did they drop your car? I have been seriously considering getting some of these springs, but nobody seems to know anything about them.
Did you install them yourself?

Re: Re: Re: Question on Dropzone Springs

I bought then on e-bay for $90! The drop is 1.8 all around, and the ride and handling is excellent. I would suggest these springs to anyone. I have GR-2 structs with them! I love how it handles!

i got them

I bought drop zone springs on ebay 4 months ago for about 125 shipped. I didn't change my shocks which have 180,000 on them. the springs are not stiff at all. actually out of the box they are the same length as the stock springs. but they are easily compressed. i was able to compress it about 2 inchs with me leaning on them. so unfortunatly it makes my car bouncy as hell. and my car still has a little bit of the boat feeling. not as bad as stock though. i suggest getting new stiffer shocks with this loose *** springs. i wouldn't do turns at great speeds with these. Last month a did a turn going about 70 and the rear of the car hit a bump and i went flying in the air and flew outtaa control. i guess i would say, if you just wanna lower your car for looks and still have comfort get drop zone. and if you want to lower your car for crazy turns and stiffer performance get eibach. just my 2 cents.

Struts

The only way my car went out of control in the rear was when I blew my struts. But when I put my GR-2's on the suspension regained its grip on the road. As soon as I put my springs on my rear struts went bad. I would suggest that you get the struts and the springs together, it will save you time.
