Can I get some opinions on my bumper options...
After buying my car from auction...6months later my front bumper began to fade and the color became an ugly dull grayish/white color...so obviously i realized that the car was probably in a small accident and front bumper was changed/replaced since the wholes for the oem fog lights did fit and i had to drill my own wholes to fit the oem fogs in there....Also the bumper is a little detached from the sides where it connects to fenders.
So i had my bumper repainted, but since i went for a cheaper price shop the guy didn't blend the bumper into fenders and now my bumper looks more white then the fenders.
Then just 2 days ago i went upstate to camp...and at pitch black darkness i scraped a small section of my bumper near fog light so i got a nice 3x2 black scrape.
so I'm thinking since im gonna have to repaint my front bumper again at a good shop to blend everything in....and since i wonna get a front spoiler later on......i was thinking maybe i should go ahead and get a Sarona front bumper.....that way i'll replace this bumper which has a lot of deformaties(sp?) and ill have a lip as well...and the shop will only have to paint 1 piece instead of two pieces. Also i like the sarona since its a 1 piece and not like the stillen which is connected by tape and looks like it was attached.
What are your guys opinions ... should i just go and repaint this bumper and then get stillen lip later on and paint that lip when i get it.
OR
just get the sarona front bumper, and paint the 1 piece?
What will be cheaper?
thanks for help.
