hey, i am the kid who had water in his trunk. i got a new weatherstrip and i dont think the problem is completely fixed yet. anyway, today i went to my car and there was ice on the windshield, i start scraping it off and my friend yells "you have ice in the windshield". there was more ice on the inside of the windshield than the outside. i told my friend to check the rear windshield and there was some ice on the inside there too. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. DO NISSAN CARS JUST HAVE PROBLEMS AND MORE PROBLEMS. WHAT DO I DO. THANKS

No problems mentioned on this board IIRC
Did you buy this car used... sounds like it...
So you have a 'leak' at the front windshield too?
Look for water stains to see if you can find where it's coming in from...
Depending where you are... removal of one of the rubber plugs under the spare might be advisable to avoid water build up...

ice on the *INSIDE*!?!?!?!?
Oh my god, I've never heard of such a thing! Move to Austin. I haven't seen ice in... oh let's see... prolly 5 or 6 years. The best way to check for leaks is to dunk your car in a tup of water and watch for bubbles coming out of the cabin, then there ya go, just get some rubber cement and patch it up. Wait, that might be for a bicycle inner tube. Wait, how about this... what if you take a bucket of water and have your friend dump it on the roof while you sit inside watching for leaks? That might help.
Good luck.

of moisture inside the car. A leaky heater core is one source of moisture.
Another is a leaky windshield which allows rain water into the passenger
cabin, where it saturates the carpeting. Find the water source, eliminate
it, and you will have eliminated the ice problem.

I agree
I agree with daniel. I have never had any problems with ice or leaks or anything in all 3 of the nissans I have owned nor have I ever heard of this problem. I bet the person who had the car before you shattered all the windows and had them replaced at some ghetto glass place or some workshop that didnt have the right size glass or tools. You should check the vin# online to see if it had some accidents.
