how to flush auto tranny and good fluid to use

just got my 99 GLE and i want to completely flush out the auto tranny w/ some good synthetic. is this ok to use synthetic even though it has 79k on it?? and i also need some good directions on how to flush it out myself. also anyone know of any good brands of fluid??

keep in mind i just got this car (and so far i love it) so i need some dummy instrucions w/ good details
