car feels sluggish.. after installing a muffler
after i installed my universal muffler... my car feels sluggish.. acceleration slower than before..
i checked for any leaks.. but found none..
something wrong with my car???

It's all mental... the noise to acceleration ratio has changed

If it's a straight thru design and you have good piping from the cat back... you may have lost a little low end.

But it LOOKS faster!

But seriously, you should gain it back at the top end... above 5K range... hopefully.

did u also get a crush bent b pipe, or did u just have a muffler welded onto the stock piping?
