I said this earlier in another thread, If you gonna get INJEN because you like the look, then go for it. But please dont think its gonna have drastically better performance than other intakes. All intakes are about the same. I got PRCAI for the look. I like how it cleans up the engine bay. But if I had to get an intake again, I'd get frankencar, because it's cheap, looks good, and performs as good, if not better than PRCAI.
Where can i get a frankencar intake?

from all the MANY posts on this very issue, the frankencar seems to be the best as it does not require a hole, does not lower low end power or high end, it has a nice even increase all across the board and sounds fantastic (from what I hear, mine should be here any day). and the price is hard to beat unless you make it yourself, so, the choice was obvious to me.
I wanna get a frankencar intake but i i dont know where to get one. Where did you order yours from?

the power difference between a popcharger and a cai is not because of the cold air despite popular belief. the cai has a longer intake path and the pop charger has a shorter one. the longer intake path is longer then stock and the shorter intake path is shorter then stock. the difference length changes the velocity of the air making the MAF read a different amount of air flow. this slight change is what makes the cai good for low end and the popcharger make more power up high. if you dont believe me i can prove it in my own car on a dyno if u want to pay for the dyno test. my intake can go from short to long in 2 minutes or less and after the ECU remaps u can definately feel the difference in how it pulls. -Pete

Isnt that pretty much what i said? besides the CAI weak at high ends but that is true too so i hear.
