Do the 99 maxima and Infiniti I 30 cars have cabin air filters?
I have the I 30 and thought when I bought it that the booklet said it had one - but I have misplaced the booklet.

I hate to remove the glove box looking if there is not one there.

This has actually been the subject of quite a few posts. The last I heard was that it was not available on the 4th gen Maxima's and that they could not be converted. At the risk of sounding like some of the jerks that post here, you might want to try the search function. I can tell you that your answer is definately there. If you find any definitive info that contradicts what I've heard, feel free to post it. I know a lot of people with 4th gens were interested in this.

 

They arent on 1st gen I30s. Im pretty sure you can have one installed at the dealer.

or, can you see it w/o taking the glove box out?

 

I doubt you have one in ur 99, i dont have one in my 97. I think they put them in 2000+ I30/maximas
