Washer fluid motor

1995 Maxiam GLE . Washer fluid not working despite full of water. It amy be the motor but I am thinking it amybe a blown fuse. Problem is neither the manual nor the fuse box cover shows which fuse may control the motor. Would appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction so I can check the proper fuse.

many thanks

The 20A fuse in position 20 labled Wiper covers both the wipers and washers. Their is also a relay under the hood labled Wiper... it might be bad, or your motor could be shot.

Re: Washer fluid motor

Yeah, if your wipers work, then chances are the motor is shot and in need of replacement. Luckily, it is not expensive and not hard...

Many thanks for both replies. It is exactly like I feared. I am planning on buying the 2003 GLE so I will fix this problem first before selling.

The 2003 looks really great. Saw it at a dealer yesterday.

Nice decision on the '03Max but just make sure you test drive the G35...

I was gonna say that, but I didn't wanna go off topic and have the thread locked.

You can't go wrong with the Max, but the G35 looks to be a great car. Go to Infiniti's website and read the press section to get an idea.

Of course, the Max is bigger and cheaper so it may still have what you wan't, esp. if you have a family.

Thanks again folks great help. I had thought about the G35 its a great car too, but budget can only handle the GLE. My wife goes crazy with the Bose system. It really rocks
