Help Installing filter

I need your help installing my K&N filter. I have the RU-2520 power filter. My problem is the air flow meter connection. I would like to know what I have to do to connect the air flow mete rto the actual filter to avoid my engine light from activating. I tried the search but didn't get a specific answer as far as installing the filter to my 96 GLE. I appreciate your help.

Thanx

buy an adaptor or use that brass piece in your stock air box.

Koruptor,

The kit came with the adapter and some screws and bolts. I have it installed already after i posed the question on the forum. Basically I had to drill a hole on the back of the filter and install the sensor. It sounds real powerful now.

I think I have to agree with everyone's analysis about losing some power on the low end. It does seem a little slower from a start compared to the stock filter.
