hey... i just clipped off the piece on the bulb in my corner lights (to make both filaments burn). i didn't realize how hot it would get... so for those that have rewired them or did what i have... has anyone had any problem with anything melting or warping in the corner lense. i have to admit, it looks much better.. but i don't want to f*ck anything up.

 

I just did this mod like two weeks ago and I was suprised at how hot the bulbs and lenses got. I haven't had any problems yet though. Rock on.

 

i had it done on my 95 for about 4 months - didnt have any problems at all

 

i done it to my 95 max, my housing melted cause the bulb wasnt fully in the socket after my accident so u should check it once in a while

 

yeah don't worry bout it, i've had mine done for some months now and no probs.....

can anyone recommend a good corner bulb that matches a xenon headlight bulb .. something silver/whitish/clean

i have piaa xtreme whites in my corners. this pic is b4 the mod for them so they're a lot brighter now, im a take a pic tonight.....
