I have had these for some time now, I sometimes wonder if they are worth the money. Are they really brighter and whiter than stock? The high beams seem like an improvement, as they go farther, but the low beams do not seem much of an improvement. Please respond if you have used or are using them. What bulb out their is brighter?

Do a search on the forum for headligts and bulbs. There's been a lot of conversation about bulbs lately.

When I had the 9004 PIAA superwhites I didn't really notice that much of a difference. I guess it was a disappointment you could say. But for some reason when I Got my Cefiro headlights and put inthe required H4 PIAA superwhites, they were a lot whiter than the 9004 ones were. I have no idea why. But you're not alone onr thinking that the 9004 superwhites aren't that white.

Save you money >>

The PIAA aren't worth the $65. I've had them...and they are not brighter...whiter but not brighter.

Go get yourself the Sylvania CoolBlues or Phillips BlueVisions for $7 to $14 each and gain the same effect for less.

I have the PIAAs and they are slightly brighter and whiter, I only noticed this when I had one of each bulb in. I'd say get a wiring harness and get the APC superwhites. I've seen them on cars and they look more like HIDs. The only problem is that the wiring harness costs about $40-$50 and the lights are about $20-25. So for a little more than the PIAAs you can have great lights.
