I'm not familiar w/ 3rd gen kits, but Stillen made one, right?
I have a 4th gen (96), and I like the 97-99 stillen kit much more than 95-96, maybe you can get one similar for 95-96
For 5th gen, duplicate or extend the 20AE ground effects

People definitely pay if you had a kit+headlights that looked anything remotely like that awesome white Cefiro. Probably more for the chrome grill.
