95 sputtering

Ok i had a code (0605), meaning cylinder 4 misfiring. I put new plugs in it, because it had 120000 miles on it. The car still sputters i dont know what the problem is. What else could it be? Im thinking maybe fuel filter? Anyone have any suggestions? Cracked head? Blown head gasket? Fuel pump? Toss out some stuff out please any input is apreciated.

120000 is the second major service interval (every 60000 miles). Follow the link in the FAQ to find out what to do and how to do it.

could be a bad coil pack on that cyclinder causing it to sputter and put a CEL code out

This would likely have also tripped an "ignition circuit" code.

no maintianance done

I havent done anything to this car for 120000 miles. Its been really good up til now. THe only thing done is like fluid and air filter changes. Should I try some injector cleaner or something? This problem just happened over night. It drove fine, I parked it 3 hours later I drive it and my fourth cylinder is missing. I put new plugs in (bosch +4) and it drives fine for a minute then starts sputtering. I also put a new tank of gas in right about this time. It wasnt kicking any codes after i replaceed plugs. I seriously think it could be fuel filter of injectors. It doesnt really feel like its missing but if i give it steady gas (about 1/4 throttle usually) it sputters or chugs or whatever you want to call it. I just hope its not serious. I cant afford a rebuild right now, but it happened pretty much all of a sudden. I cant stand for my max to run like crap. Makes me really sad.

i had issues with knocking that were caused by plugs and injectors, i would do injectors, and fuel filter anyway, they are due
