Does any body know a muffler shop in Milwaukee WI that can install Y pipe cheap or good price?

Cause today I get estimates from three muffler shop and they charge me way too much...

I want to install a Y pipe, a test pipe and a muffler.
First shop will charge me $190, second shop $200, third shop $120 just for the Y pipe.
