IGNITION COIL

I was testing the ignition coils (spark plug coils)on my 99se to see if they were the cause of the occasional engine tremble and 0201 code which refers to "ignition primary circuit". I got around 0.68 ohms resistance on 3 ignition coils with the multimeter, 0.8 ohms on the other three coils. The chiltons says it should be around 0.8 ohms. Is .68 low? or "around" 0.8?? Do I need to replace the coil?

needs to be 0.8...

I was going to replace 1 at .6 then another went out at .7 I was like WTF! ... then changed them all out about 4 months ago. Peace of mind ever since.

Did your engine actually tremble like mine with the coils at 0.6-0.7 ohms or did you change the coils just for "piece of mind"? (just for the hell of it-i.e. even though they didnt actually cause problems)If they trembled, did changing the coils actually solve the prob? Thanks in advance!
