Anyone chopped a coil off b & g springs yet?
Anyone chopped a coil off b & g springs yet?
just wondering... the car is going into the body shop in 2 or 3 weeks to be repainted and have the body kit put on and front end conversion. the only thing bugging me is that the rear on my b &g's sits PERFECT but the front is a little too high. I think it would be great with a coil chopped. Has anyone done this and how is the ride and handling affected? How hard was the job?
TIA.
TIA.

B&G's sit pretty low. Depending on what your car weighs. There would probably be very little, if any suspension travel left if you chopped a coil.
Not recommended.
