Attena Making Loud Noise While Moving- Please Help

My attena makes a noise when it comes out and goes back in. It lasts like 10 seconds then goes away. I took it apart because I thought the wire teeth were off the gears. I fixed everything and assembled it back together only to find out it makes the same exact noise. It is really annoying and I'm at the point of just diconnecting the power from it. Anyone have this problem and or can give me a solution, mostly appreciated. Thanks.

My '97 does it. Then again so did my '96. I always thought it was just the noise from it extendeing, and normal. I just ignore it. I wouldn't worry about it unless it is some horrendously loud noise.
