Lowering Springs for I30T

What are the best lowering springs for an I30T? I'm trying to decide between the Eibachs, Intrax, and H&R springs. Which ones are better and why?

I dont have any, but SLC I30t has intrax. His drop looks sweet! He says they are really good, thats what im getting someday!

How long does it actually take for the lowering springs to settle in anyway? Are we talking months or weeks here for the springs to settle in to the height they're meant to go down to. And seems to me that a lot of people like the Eibach/Tokico combination for their Maximas/I30T but it just doesn't look like it's low enough with the Eibachs on it. Is there a better combination?
