New intake
Did you place the ambient temperature sensor (the black one you originally unplugged) back in the intake system? If so then just reset your ECU and you should be fine. For the record, many people have had this problem before.

Make sure you plugged in your MAF sensor too, I forgot that. If not, run diagnostics and see whats up.

Nah without the MAF sensor plugged in, his car wouldnt be able to go over 2500rpm's...maybe not even run ... my bet its the intake temp. sensor. reset the ECU and see what happens
