Wtf!!!

all the nissan dealers in vegas are telling me that there is no recall or atleast not yet and there saying its for the whole southwest region

The funny thing is, I almost bought a 98 se-l. yeah go figure. It had everything though the sel would. It was weird. The gun metal color rims 5spokes (or whatever, just darker collor), perforated leatehr, sel floor mats, side emblems. I cant remember more, that was over a year ago.. As far as i could tell it was sel and 1998. Woudl someone just go through the troube to make a fake 98 sel?

There's no such thing as a 98 SE-L...i dont think u were even able to get a 99 SE-L in late 98...SE-L's were built even after the regular 99's,

SE-L's were the last 4th gen maxes ever produced..

My bad guys I was under the impression that an SEL was just an SE that wasn't fully loaded, no sunroof, leather seats etc. thanks for the correction

Reference the stuff in this thread:

and make sure your car is in the production dates for the recall. Tell the dealer you will call Nissan North America for failing to address a recall. They'll change their tune after that.
