will a 95 cat-back fit?

I have found a used greddy catback, and i was wondering what the diff was between the 95-96 and the 97-up?
Will it fit my car?

Yes there is. The '97-'99 is longer and has a rear oxygen sensor in it. However they can be realtively easily fitted, you just need an extra oxygen sensor bung.

Well I'm not sure if it's the '95-'96 or '97-'99 that has the oxygen sensor in the catback. The other one has it in the cat. You'll have to find out which one before you start anything. Anyways if your oxyen sensor is in the cat then it's not a big deal because you can just plug up the one in the catback with a used oxygen sensor from the dealer (no more than $15 for a junkie). However if your sensor is in the catback (and the catback doesn't have a hole for it), you will have to have it cut and welded in. That woudl require much more work.
