I have a 95 gxe without power seats. I am looking to buy dual leather power seats from a 99. What would I have to do to make them fit?? Is the seat wiring available for both front seats? Will I have to get new tracks or adjust the tracks that are already in my car?? Thanks in advance for anyones help.
The wireing for the power seats should be there, but you may have to add a relay to the driers side kick panel to get power to the wireing. I didn't find out about the relay until after I installed my power seats so mine are currently spliced off my cigerette lighter for power.
The 95-96 and 97-99 seat tracks are slightly different, but I think with a little force you can make them fit. I belive MAXEJA put 96 leather seats in his 97, I bought his power heated cloth ones - <homer>Mmmmmmm Heated seats

Yes, I put 97SE dual power leather in my 96GXE. The holes are perfect, however the plastic caps over the back of the rails dont fit b/c of the difference between no power/power rails.

Ok, a couple seat questions:
1)Are the seats in the 99 SE-L any different than my 97 SE leather seats?
2)Would 2000+ leather seats fit in my 97?
The stock leather seats look and feel "plain", I'd like something more supple; that wrinkled leather look is really cool.... Has anyone recovered their seats?

but what about the wiring??
Even though I had nonpower seat I still had the wires under the seats for power. I believe there is a relay or something that you have to purchase from nissan and plug in somewhere to make the 12volt wire "hot". I had an extra socket on my stereo's distribution block, so I used some quick connect type trailer wire tapps, some 12gague wire, and taped it it to the seats harness. but what about the wiring??
